That is why we created our Agent Referral Program — allowing real estate agents to stay focused on sales while knowing their clients are receiving professional, full-service property management support.

We specialize exclusively in property management and have designed our referral program to provide the same level of care and attention you would give your clients yourself. From consultation and onboarding to leasing and ongoing management, we handle every aspect of the property management process so your clients are supported every step of the way.

Our commitment is simple: we protect your client relationships, maintain the property professionally, and provide responsive communication throughout the management experience. When your client is ready to sell in the future, we value long-term partnerships and strive to refer sales opportunities back to our trusted agent partners whenever possible.

How the Program Works

When an agent refers a property owner or investor to Evanir Property Management and that referral results in:

• A signed property management agreement, and
• A successfully leased property with rent collected

The referring agent will receive a referral fee equal to 25% of the first month’s rent.

To qualify:

• The referral must be submitted directly to our team prior to or during the client’s initial contact with us
• The referral fee is paid promptly after the property is leased and rent has been collected
• For referrals involving multiple units or portfolios, additional incentives may be available on a case-by-case basis.
