Accepting an Offer

We Put Our Clients First When Evaluating Each Offer.

The Price Is Not Always Right

The highest offer isn’t always the best. Terms, contingencies, financing strength, and timing can affect the final outcome. The initial offer is often negotiable; rely on our experience to evaluate all elements and recommend the best path forward.

Negotiating To Win

We negotiate ethically and strategically, always prioritizing your interests while keeping the buyer engaged to reach a successful close.

The Initial Agreement and Deposit

After agreement, both parties sign the Purchase Agreement and the buyer places a deposit into escrow. Escrow (a title company or attorney) holds funds and documents as a neutral third party until closing. Keep written records of counter-offers, addenda, and agreements—signed by both parties. We draft and maintain these records and keep you on schedule to meet contract deadlines.
