Final Walk-Through Inspection
Complete a final walk-through the day before or day of closing to confirm agreed repairs are completed and the property is vacant and in the agreed condition.
Closing
At closing, buyer, seller, and the closing agent sign settlement documents. You’ll finalize loan paperwork and fund down payment and closing costs via certified check or wire transfer. The deed is recorded at the county recorder’s office, and ownership transfers to you.
